– Here we explore the process of creating your social media universe.  This presentation takes the audience for zero to sixty covering “Why Social Media Is Important” to building social profiles, to how to connect your social media platforms and finally what to do once you’re there. (Beneficial to all levels of social media experience, but especially beginners)

You Are Not a Commodity:  How Insurance Agents Can Take Back Revenue Through Social Media

– This presentation is obviously industry specific but speaks to the need for insurance agents to brand themselves as value-creators through social media to combat the Big Box marketing campaign that “Insurance is all about price.” (Fun for all level of social media experience)
