Right said, Ryan. If one want to be the best in online marketing then it becomes necessary for him to relate with the term ‘HAVE TO’. I agree with you hard work becomes crucial for successful online marketing but along with work harder, work smarter also important. There are many who work hard for online marketing from a long time but still at ground and on the other side few who work hard along with smartness for online marketing and gets quick hike.

This is really a great article, we all know that online marketing or business is not that easy, because we spend so much time, creating , promoting our blog and many more. sometimes we feel the stress coming from nowhere. but when we are motivated to do some thing for our blog the result will good and final.

It’s been two years since I’ve started an online store and it’s a 24/7 job. Still not where I want to be with it but I do see improvements month over month. If I had known now what I know when I started I probably would not have started but I love it, It’s more a hobby to me.

Amen. I’ve seen this to be true everywhere on or offline. I almost think it’s a pride thing, when people don’t want to work hard to succeed.
In my management experience, I learned that most employees are just thinking about ‘am I getting paid enough to do this’ … ‘this isn’t worth my time’ …. ‘it’s not my job’… etc. They aren’t thinking about long term or understanding how serving others and hard work pays off in the long run.
Same thing happens online. People are reluctant to invest the time and work, unless they’re getting immediate gratification, rewards, and thank yous. Wish it were that easy!

It is a reality that working hard will bring you success. But to think that working hard is hard, is nonsense. If you work hard most of the time, it will take minimal effort to bring the best out of yourself as you will get used to working with a lot of effort.

The Lord said you shall work six days a week and on the Sabbath ye shall work twice as hard. Yes working hard to accomplish your goals is very important when running an online business.
Most of the big names out there do not do the things you listed because they have achieved what they wanted and that leaves you with a nice little hole to fill and place your self above them in the online world.

You have really thought this through, haven’t you. You are very right about the hard work, but it’s not that easy to do. Maybe that’s why most people don’t. I mean it requires discipline, determination and great passion for what you do. I think that the most important to stay on top of your competition is to read, research and experiment a lot. Especially in online marketing where everything changes so fast and new things pop up every day. Oh, yes lets add patience in the virtues of an online marketer shall we?
