Who can do business with me?

Individuals and Business’s located in New York State.  Primarily my clients are headquartered in the Capital Region which includes cities and surrounding areas of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, and Troy.  However, I do have clients throughout New York State, including New York City and Long Island.

Why did I choose the Guilderland Agency, Inc and furthermore why should you?

I decided to join the Guilderland Agency as an insurance producer, not for its extensive selection of products nor its reputation of integrity in the Capital Region. I joined the Guilderland Agency because of the business culture evident in the actions of every employee.

In deciding where to begin my career, I told myself, that whatever agency I choose, there were three requirements.

  1. I would be more than the weekly sales report.
    • I understood insurance is a bottom line business but I needed the autonomy to establish relationships.
  2. I wanted to be proud of the agency I represented.
    • Insurance is my career, not my job, and thus the agency I work for is as much a reflection of me as I am of it.
  3. I wanted to be considered a business partner and a crucial asset to the organizations I did business with.
    • The agency I choose had believe in the value of the Agent/Client relationship.

I choose the Guilderland Agency because I found these ideals burned into the culture of every business function.  From sales, to billing, to claims, to risk management, to administration each member of the Guilderland Agency eats, drinks, and breaths “Service after the Sale.”  This Service mentality has helped the Agencyto thrive when many others have recoiled from the recession.
