March is www.RyanHanley.com‘s birthday month. The Albany Insurance Professional blog has been alive and cranking out Insurance content for over a year now and I want to thank each and every person who has participated in the sites success. Obviously I am an Insurance Salesman by trade, but my only goal for this blog has been to provide quality insurance information that can be used to make better buying decisions. How have I done? I would seriously enjoy some feedback on year #1 performance!
What have you enjoyed about this site over the last year?
Is there a certain type of article you would like to see more of?
What about this site do you hate and never to see again?
Any and all feedback is very appreciated!
Changes for Year Two
1) Over the next year I am going to implement video. The Albany Insurance Professional is not going to become a video blog (vlog). However, I do want to add a personal lines (Home, Auto, Life, etc) video section with 30 second to two minute shorts about the basics of personal lines coverages. Does a feature of this type sound valuable?
2) I would like to increase the number of Guest Bloggers that write for Albany Insurance Professional. I would like to have steady consistent contributors that write on topics I am not an expert on. I have had GREAT GUEST BLOGGERS so far and hope to continue my relationship with them (THANK YOU)! Would you like to be a guest blogger? Send me an email.
3) I am going to produce several “How-To Purchase…” PDF files for free download on varies lines of insurance. Hopefully these guides will provide material you can take offline to help you in your insurance purchasing decisions. Would you want to download a “How-To Purchase Insurance” guide?
Thank You
I want to finish this post by thanking YOU! I want to thank every reader, every commenter, every guest blogger, everyone who has re-tweeted a post and every person that has voted for one of my articles on Blogengage or Bizsugar. Everyone who has participated in RyanHanley.com have contributed to its growth and expansion. I look forward to another wonderful year together!
